Austere and grainy minimalist photography that resembles analog photography. Two crossed twigs and their shadow create a simple and beautiful composition.
I took this black and white photo in the Giant Mountains (Krkonoše) in the Czech Republic. Specifically, on the way from Horní Mísečky to the mountain chalet “Vrbatova bouda”, which is located directly on the top of the mountain “Zlaté návrší” (Golden Hill) at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level. The photo was taken in the same place as my other photo “Snow Wave“.
