Most open-edition photography prints available on martinvorel.com are produced and shipped through Pixels / Fine Art America, a global print-on-demand fulfilment network.
I create the photographs and make them available as fine art prints. Pixels / Fine Art America handles the production, packaging, checkout, shipping, and delivery of open-edition print orders placed through its platform.
Pixels currently works with 16 production centres in 5 countries. Orders are automatically routed to an appropriate production centre close to the delivery destination whenever possible, helping to reduce shipping distance, delivery time, and shipping costs.
Fine Art Photography Prints Shipped Worldwide

Pixels states that its production centres can ship products to destinations around the world. Depending on your location and the product you choose, your print may be produced in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, continental Europe, or Australia.
The exact production location is determined by Pixels according to the product and delivery destination. This means that a customer in Europe, for example, does not necessarily receive a print manufactured in the United States.
You can see the current Pixels fulfilment network on the official Pixels website.
How Your Print Is Produced and Shipped
The process for most open-edition photography prints is straightforward:
- Choose a photograph on martinvorel.com.
- Select the size and print format through Pixels / Fine Art America.
- Complete your order on the secure third-party checkout.
- Pixels routes the order to an appropriate production centre.
- Your print is produced on demand in the size and format you selected.
- The finished artwork is packaged and shipped to your delivery address.
Because each artwork is produced specifically after an order is placed, the production period is separate from the time required for the carrier to transport the finished print to you.
How Long Does Production Take?
For wall art products, Pixels currently states that orders are generally ready to ship within 2–3 days after the order is placed.
This is the production time, not the complete delivery time.
Once the finished print leaves the production centre, the normal delivery time of the shipping carrier applies. Pixels currently refers to standard UPS / FedEx shipping times for its wall art products.
Actual production and delivery times can vary depending on the product, size, destination, shipping method, seasonal demand, and circumstances outside my control.
The delivery estimate displayed by Pixels during your actual purchase should therefore be treated as the most relevant information for your individual order.
Where Will My Print Be Made?
Pixels currently operates a network of 16 production facilities across five countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Netherlands / continental Europe
- Australia
Not every product is necessarily manufactured at every location. Pixels determines the production centre according to the ordered product and destination.
The purpose of this distributed fulfilment model is to manufacture the artwork closer to the customer whenever possible rather than routinely shipping every order from a single location.
For the latest individual facility locations, see the official Pixels manufacturing network.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs depend on several factors, including:
- delivery destination;
- print type;
- dimensions of the artwork;
- package size and weight;
- shipping method.
For this reason, there is no single worldwide shipping price that I can accurately publish on martinvorel.com.
The applicable shipping options and cost are calculated as part of the purchasing process through Pixels / Fine Art America. Please use the amount displayed there for your specific print and delivery address as the authoritative shipping price.
Large Prints and Framed Artwork
Shipping a small unframed paper print is very different from shipping a large framed photograph, canvas, metal print, or acrylic print.
Large-format and framed artworks require more substantial packaging and may therefore have higher shipping costs and different delivery options.
If you are deciding between several formats, I recommend configuring the photograph in the sizes and materials you are considering so that you can compare the available options before completing the purchase.
Worldwide Fulfilment Does Not Mean Every Print Travels Internationally
One advantage of the Pixels / Fine Art America fulfilment model is that many orders can be produced closer to their final destination.
For example, an order delivered to a customer in Europe may be routed to the European production network, while an Australian order may be produced in Australia if the selected product is supported there.
The exact location is determined automatically by Pixels. I cannot manually select the production centre for an individual open-edition order.
Who Is Responsible for Shipping My Order?
This distinction is important:
Martin Vorel is the photographer and creator of the artwork. Pixels / Fine Art America handles production, packaging, payment processing, fulfilment, shipping, and order-related customer service for open-edition purchases completed through its platform.
I therefore do not personally package or ship these open-edition orders from Prague.
If your question concerns a particular photograph, its description, or my work, you are welcome to contact me.
If your question concerns an order that has already been placed — for example production, delivery, an incorrect address, a lost parcel, or shipping status — you should use the customer service information provided by Pixels / Fine Art America with your order.
What If My Print Arrives Damaged?
Pixels / Fine Art America manufactures and ships open-edition prints and therefore handles shipping damage and production-quality issues.
If a package arrives visibly damaged or the artwork has been damaged during production or transport, contact their customer service as soon as possible and keep your order details and packaging.
Taking photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging can also be useful when describing the problem.
For more information about returns and refunds, see my 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Return Policy.
Returns and Shipping Costs
Open-edition purchases made through Pixels / Fine Art America are covered by the return policy applicable to that platform.
Under the current Pixels policy, outgoing and return shipping charges are generally not reimbursed for an ordinary return. Different treatment applies when a return is caused by a quality defect.
For the complete explanation, please see my Money-Back Guarantee & Return Policy and the current policy published by Pixels.
Direct Purchases and Limited Editions
Selected photographs may also be available directly from me as signed and numbered limited-edition prints.
These works are separate from open-edition products fulfilled through Pixels / Fine Art America.
For a direct purchase, I will provide the applicable production method, shipping options, costs, estimated delivery time, and other relevant details before the transaction is completed.
Because these artworks may be produced and shipped differently, the Pixels fulfilment information on this page does not automatically apply to a direct limited-edition purchase.
