The hill "Tobiášův vrch" on a minimalistic photo
Minimalist black and white photo of a hill with trees on the top. I took this photo in a unique landscape in the Czech Central Highlands (Czech: České středohoří). It consists of dozens of extinct volcanoes with a unique composition of flora and fauna. The Central Bohemian Uplands are about 100 km north of Prague and I visited them in January 2024. I had planned a route and the place in the photo was the first in line. Tobias Hill is located near the village of Kozly and is easily accessible by road.
Two barren trees stand atop a gentle hill against a clear sky, creating a minimalist and serene landscape. The monochromatic tones lend a timeless and tranquil quality to the scene.
