Rough, harsh and noisy landscape photography of the Mongolian landscape for sale. Evening photo of the surface and surrounding hills of Lake Khovsgol in northern Mongolia. The photo was taken at dusk and after dark, capturing the beautiful illumination of the moonlight on the landscape, clouds and surface of the lake. The photo was taken handheld without the use of a tripod. Due to the low light, the camera's ISO was set to a high sensitivity of 6400, resulting in digital noise or grain that gives the photo a harsh and compelling feel.
The photo was taken on 2 July 2023 using a NIKON Z 7 camera and a TAMRON SP 70-300mm F4-5.6 Di VC USDS lens. The shutter speed was 1/160s, the aperture was f/5.6 and the ISO was 6400. The focal length used was 70mm. The size of the photo is 7000px by 4667px.
