Shell Forms
A study of natural perfection, symmetry and organic architecture.
Shell Forms is a collection of photographs focused on shells as examples of natural perfection, symmetry and organic architecture. These small objects contain an extraordinary sense of order: spirals, curves, chambers, surfaces and fragile structures shaped by growth, time and the sea.
I am interested in the way shells can appear both natural and architectural. They are organic forms, but they often seem almost designed — precise, balanced and complete. A shell can resemble a sculpture, a small building, a mathematical structure or a quiet object made by nature with absolute patience.
In this series, I look at shells not as decorative objects, but as forms that reveal the hidden intelligence of nature. Their beauty comes from the balance between fragility and strength, simplicity and complexity, symmetry and subtle imperfection.
For me, these photographs are also connected to my broader interest in minimalism and natural forms. A shell can be very small, but when isolated from its ordinary context, it becomes monumental — a small architecture of silence, rhythm and organic order.
